APPLICATION

Designed for mechanically connecting spigot ends in water, sewage, and other chemically neutral fluid systems. Suitable for cast iron, steel, plastic, GRP, AC, and concrete pipes.

DESIGN FEATURES

  • The largest available on the market. – Increased gasket operating range up to 32 mm, allowing for the connection of pipes of different diameters, or for reducing two different pipes – connecting pipes with different diameters within the selected range.
  • Materials approved for contact with drinking water, ensuring safe use in water supply systems.
  • Couplings sizes from 270 to 1437 mm pipe diameter.
  • Confirmed by working pressure resistance tests:
    • + PN 25: do DN500
    • + PN 16: do DN1400
  • EPDM gasket with a 100-year service life (under standard environmental conditions) – allowing for high hydraulic tightness with high tolerance for pipe deflection.
  • Coating – anti-corrosion protection: epoxy – a coating safe for drinking water, smooth surface preventing scale and dirt build-up and reducing the risk of unfavorable biofilm formation.
  • Transport Eyebolt ensures stable hanging, i.e., easier installation.
  • Threaded pins made of A4 material (acid-resistant stainless steel) provide high mechanical strength and aging resistance; excellent corrosion resistance in aqueous and chemically aggressive environments.
  • Locknuts prevent loosening of the bolted connection due to vibrations or dynamic loads.
  • Independent tightening of both pipe connections allows for greater connection reliability and achieving higher operating pressures of the connector.
